Now it’s time to take back your energy…
To call yourself back from the day.
Let’s begin.

Start by noticing any tightness in your body—
and gently shake it off.
Drop your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
Soften your chest.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose,
feeling your belly expand with that inhale...
And exhale slowly through your mouth,
letting your abdomen soften and release.
Again—
Inhale through your nose...
And let it go through your mouth.
One more time—
Breathe in...
And release.

Now, visualize it all:
The emails...
The meetings...
The small talk, the noise, the nonstop expectations...
Watch it all sink deep into the earth.
Buried. Grounded. Gone.
You are no longer committed to any of it.
You don’t have to perform.
You don’t have to smile if you don’t feel like it.
You don’t have to wear a mask.

You are allowed to just be.
Breathe into that.
Sit with the feeling of gratitude…
Of release…
